Welcome to 2017 Team Healey supporters.

Following is a Calendar of the MAIN events that our competing drivers tend to enter from past experience - MSCA, Historic race/regularity, Team Relays and this year I have included the Victorian Supersprint rounds. ANY circuit event with official electronic lap tim ing qualifies a competing AHOC member for points toward our Competition and Associate Competition Champioships - sprint events are organized by PIARC, Alfa Club, Winton Raceway etc.

Once again the AHOC competed and finished a hard earned 17th of 42 teams. Drivers were Geoff Leake and Russell Baker in big Healeys, plus Rod Vogt, John Southwell and Simon Gardiner in Sprites. Team managers were Brian Froelich and Paul McPherson and senior helpers were Graham Palich, John Goodall, Lorraine & Adrian Newman, Keith & Enid Nankervis and Wandy Leake. Many more club members helped and supported over the two-day event and we thank them.

Other Events

Members also competed at tarmac rallies, timed straight line sprints plus the odd hillclimb - these efforts were acknowledged but unfortunately do not meet the scoring criteria for our racing circuit event based championships.

THE DONALD HEALEY CENTENNIAL MEMORIAL TROPHY

Awarded by the committee in 2016 to Graeme Marks in his 1954 Mac Healey Monoposto, competing in Group Lb Historic Sports and Racing class events.

First presented by Brian Healey in 1998. From the AHOC Committee meeting on October 14th 1998: “That we instigate the Donald Healey Centennial Memorial Trophy to be awarded to the member who achieves the most notable performance in non-club events over the year as judged by the committee.”
